Most people bring us a piece expecting bad news. More often than not, we send them home with the piece they already loved — sized, soldered, reset, or polished back to the day it was made. The estimate is free, the price is quoted before we touch anything, and many repairs are done the same day.

The work is done here, on our own bench — nothing is sent to a third party. For 40years the same families have come back to us, and then sent their children. That does not happen if you cut corners with people's gold.
